Sugar Bliss

Fresh from my long weekend in Chicago I have a sweet treat for you! After a long day of shopping, my girlfriends and I wandered into this adorable bakery- Sugar Bliss. Dainty rows of petal topped cupcakes greeted us with a deliciously unique range of flavors. They also offered minis!!! A nice alternative for me, who was still reeling from our massive brunch. I opted for a mini pumpkin patch and savored my limited number of bites...it was pure heaven. It reminded me of my pumpkin chocolate chip cookies that I make in the Fall- so moist! But the icing was what really sold me. I am very picky about icing because I think too sweet icing often times overpowers the taste of the cake. This icing was so creamy though and just the right amount!
